Before becoming a lawyer, Josh earned a degree in Construction Engineering from Louisiana Tech and worked in the oilfield, where he also held a CDL. That hands-on experience taught him the rules of the road, DOT safety requirements, and the real-world pressures oilfield and trucking crews face every day.
Josh’s engineering and CDL background give him a rare technical edge in the courtroom. He understands how equipment fails, how safety systems break down, and how preventable choices lead to disaster. He’s secured more than $60 million in verdicts for clients.
