Slip, trip and fall injuries are among the most commonly disputed accidents in the area of personal injury. As a prominent member of premises liability issues, slip and fall accidents can have mild to severe injuries depending on the case. Every situation is different, with a unique stimulus, defendant and story. As a result, litigation of slip and fall injuries can be complex and tedious, especially in the state of Louisiana.
In order to increase legal skills and understanding when it comes to slip and fall accidents, the National Business Institute will be hosting a live one-day Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar on litigating slip, trip and fall cases in Louisiana. Among the faculty for the seminar are our very own attorneys B. Trey Morris and Justin Dewett. The faculty will be leading various discussions and workshops on practical tools and resources that may be helpful for resolving claims and cases involving a slip and fall accident.
The seminar will be taking place in Shreveport, Louisiana on October 2014. To enroll, individuals can visit the National Business Institute’s seminar website at www.nbi-sems.com or call them at 1-800-930-6182.
